Purpose: Residents may request temporary overnight parking permits for designated spaces at the Amenity Center parking lot, in accordance with the Montecito CDD Parking Rules.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I understand that overnight parking is only permitted in designated spaces within the Amenity Center parking lot. Please see Links for the Amenity Center Parking Lot Rules.
  • I understand that parking beyond the approved permit period or without a valid permit may result in towing at my expense, as outlined in Section 1.5.1 of the District Parking & Towing Rules.
  • I understand that trailers are not permitted in District parking areas, whether attached to a vehicle or not.
  • I certify that the information provided in this request is accurate
