Open House Signage Request Form

Purpose: This form must be completed by any realtor requesting permission to place Open House signage on Montecito CDD property. Approval must be obtained at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled Open House, in accordance with the Montecito Community Development District Signage Rules for District Property (Adopted June 3, 2026 – Resolution 2026-04).

Realtor Agreement & Compliance Statement

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I have reviewed and understand the Montecito Community Development District Signage Rules for District Property.
  2. I will comply fully with all rules, including:
    • No signs may be placed on District property except as expressly permitted.
    • Only one Open House sign may be placed in the verge directly in front of the hosting residence.
    • No more than four directional arrow signs may be placed elsewhere on District property.
    • All signs will be displayed only on the day of the Open House, for no longer than four (4) hours, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
    • All signs will be removed immediately at the conclusion of the Open House or at the end of the four-hour window, whichever occurs first.
  3. I understand that unauthorized signage may be removed by the District without notice.
  4. I understand that repeat violations may result in administrative enforcement actions, including suspension of this privilege.
  5. I certify that all information provided in this request is accurate.
